Things have been going extremely well financially for Tesla CEO Elon Musk lately. The entrepreneur recently increased his fortune significantly and was able to reclaim the top spot as the richest person in the world, extending his lead over Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet and Bill Gates.
The value of Musk’s electric car company Tesla has also increased significantly with just one deal. Tesla is now worth more than $1 trillion – $1,000,000,000,000. The reason is a large order from the car rental company Hertz – they ordered 100,000 electric vehicles from Tesla. This means the company now plays in 1T Club as well as Apple, Alphabet, Amazon and Microsoft.
